Nice, easy little trail. Took a 2 and 7 year old and they did fine. Only downside is walking the highway bridge at the end, but it was a very small portion. Saw other families with small children, leashed dogs, and a jogger. Cemetery along the way was an interesting stop. Would recommend for beginners, families, or anyone looking for a quiet easy trail.

We enjoyed this trail with 2 & 4 year old boys. The only downside is you have to walk along the road (bridge) on the very last part of the trail. But that’s only a very small part of the trail. Overall it was good and kid friendly.

It is a fairly easy trail for families. There are access points to the lake for the view. If you did the full loop/trail- The last portion involves a hike along the (moderately used) highway across the bridge (no path for hikers to cross) which is unsafe and why we don't take our dogs. Otherwise this trail is a fav of ours!

Nice, easy trail to hike with the pup. Pretty lake views at various points. Not a fan of crossing the bridge at the end though, it was a bit too much traffic while walking with a dog.

Nice quick trail that you can do in under an hour. Crossing the bridge at the end is unnerving but the rest of the trail is easy, wooded terrain.

Great walk, little muddy at places even on dry days! Been going for years. Only bad part is the end where you have to cross the bridge on a busy road

last part across the bridge is definitely not my favorite but other than that it's beautiful. Trail gets very muddy so be prepared.

Trail is fine until last leg when you have to cross the bridge with no foot path. Given drivers these days this trail might not be worth risking your life.

Nice short trail for a leisure morning run. Not too hilly and some obstacles to run across, not too rocky.

Excellent hike for kids. My 5-yr-old and I go here frequently. Enough scenery an elevation to challenge him without overwhelming him. Only problem is a brief stretch of highway at the end. Safety concern.
