Was interesting stop. Walked out the skywalk then took the trail down to the creek and to the twisted steel. Impressive structure.

First- the bridge is really really cool! Amazing views of the gorge and wreckage underneath! The trail has two parts: Down to the creek and back, and from the creek up to the OTHER side and back. The first trail is fun and doable for all peoples. The second trail is a more challenging. We tried to take the toddler and 8 yo daughters, but only made it half way and my wife stayed behind there with them. I was able to finish with my 11 yo daughter. The bridge was ~ 2200 ft across the gorge and 300ft from creek. Have fun!!! (Day trip from Pitt)

Awesome views from the top and a great trail! A very unique site to see steel so twisted and mangled. The trail started with a steep climb down over high rock steps. The grade levels off more at the bottom. We hiked with a wide variety of ages, from 65 to 4. It was a slow hike back up but we all agreed it was worth it.

Fun and beautiful hike down to the tornado debris field. Steep and slippery in places on the rocks going down. Definitely worth the trip though! Definitely wear proper footwear!

HikingGreat!

My 3rd time here, it doesn't get any less amazing the more I see it! Love this park. Be aware that the gift shop is only open Thursday-Monday, we went on a Wednesday and I was disappointed because I wanted a patch. BUT - the PA Wilds online store has souvenirs for purchase.

Was super crowded on the skywalk but we went down the path and up the other side. Was really fun but be prepared to slide all over on the loose stone coming down. Well worth the trouble. Would not recommend doing the other side for kids/ dogs.

Beautiful hike down to see the bridge and the remnants from below! Very steep and watch your footing with the stones going down! Views from below are worth the steep climb back up! Wear proper shoes!

Awesome trail, there's a hidden spring on the far side you can drink from just have to listen to find to find it.

Heavily trafficked. We went up to the other side of the bridge and it was very steep and slippery, especially coming back down. Very scenic.

Steep downhill with large rock “steps” and then you get to climb back up very cool view of the bridge structure.

What a beautiful hike! Not that experienced as a hiker, but made it to the top of the other side and back. It was quite the challenge, but well worth seeing the beautiful view! Wear boots if you have them!

Really awesome trail to see, especially getting down to the bottom and walking around the wreckage. Hike down can be difficult on the knees, and the incline back up can give you a great leg workout, but totally worth it. Can get busy on weekends and summer months

This was a leisurely trail through the woods. Mostly shaded and I found it to be a good way to relax after hiking down the Kinzua Bridge Trail.

This is not an easy trail. The walk back up can be difficult for people who aren’t used to walking a lot But this is really something to see. Highly recommend

Definitely not an “easy” trail but it is worth the hike. If you hike all the way up to the other intact part of the bridge and back you will be tired by the end.
