Hooley Trail is a 1.1 mile lightly trafficked point-to-point trail located near Reedsville, Pennsylvania that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is best used from February until October.
Trail starts at a spring along Flat Rd, near Barrville, PA. Ascends Stone Mtn. No blazes, but footpath is very well marked. Nice trail. Trail ends at its intersection with Sassafras Trail on top of Stone Mtn. Trail starts at a small spring along Flat Road. The trail itself is fairly steep, but well maintained and well laid out. The intersection with Sassafras Trail is marked with a stone pile.
