A great hike with a nice steady incline, and not very strenuous at all for experienced hikers. The view at the top is definitely worth it!
Rockiest trail I've ever been on. View from Hawk Rock is alright, but if you continue further up and out there is an overlook that gives you a gorgeous view of the river and town.
Fairly easy, straight-forward hike. Steady incline but nothing too strenuous.
Nice rocky steps. Heavy traffic. Can be somewhat difficult to park at the base of the trail on weekends. Side trails offer better view of the Susquehanna river & an alternate route back down the mountain.
Great trail. Nice view at the lookout.
The trail was well taken care of and posed very few issues. Some spots were a bunch of loose rocks, but nothing to cause worry. It is fairly steep gradient, but the view at the top is absolutely worth it. I ate my lunch there today. I am told if you keep going on the trail until you come to a shelter, ~2-3 miles further, there is another lookout. I heard it was just as good. I would definitely recommend this trail.
The view is WELL worth the climb!
fun hike with the family difficult tandem holding twins but worth it when you make it to the top
Fun rock climb. Moderate difficulty and rocky to cove mountin.
