Great trail a little confusing to follow on the app and I would definitely consider the end more of a hike than a run as it is quite steep uphil with zigzags and mast mountain bikers coming down

Surprisingly nice trails in a city park. Did an out and back on the tranquil and falls ravine trails. Relatively wide and fairly easy paths. Nice forested scenery with a running stream.

A lot of bikes going down the trails quickly, but besides that these were nice trails to hike with dogs

Great trail! With most of mud roads, and moderate elevations. We passed by the river, and the scene is beautiful. Great for you if you like small cute bridges.

Lot of paths and “ off-shoots”. Felt very safe. Terrain is a bit muddy in winter in certain areas but all in all firm dirt or fine gravel. People are friendly and dog friendly. Can’t wait to experience it after a good snow!

Very scenic. All on well kept walking or mountain bike trails. I walked the trail in the fall and the trees were beautiful. The main sections were well traveled and some sections were quiet and more isolated. Almost all under the cover of trees so the sun was not an issue. Hills offered some nice challenges.

Pros: family friendly, clean, lots of trail options, can be flat or hilly, in the city without feeling like you're in the city. Cons: not a lot of spectacular things to see (views/waterfalls), cyclists on the trail (keep your eyes open).

I so impressed w how nice this park is. Fabulous for trail running and just one of the most scenic city parks I. The country.

So many trails to choose from! You can have a great experience, no matter your skill level. Met lots of nice people and dogs along the way. Can’t wait to explore more trails soon.

A great network of trails for all levels. There are a lot of connecting and off shoot trails to get lost on, if you so choose.

it's close to the road at the beginning but you can enjoy the pure nature after all.

This trail was just ok to me I am not fond of sharing the hiking trail with a mountain bike trail. It just makes it to dangerous for both hiker and biker. The park itself is very nice to have I’m sure for the city of Pittsburgh. This trail has some dirt paths incorporated into the trail but mostly is a gravel walking path. The highlight for me was the many deer that I did get to see on the trek.

Excellent trail. We came with road bikes not knowing what exactly to expect. Most of this loop is not appropriate for road bikes. We walked our bikes a lot of the way. Come with mountain bikes. Still super fun though! (Also did the full loop but only started recording half way through)

great trail to walk on a rare Pittsburgh sunny day. a certain portion of the trail was a mountain bike course. Be prepared to step off trail (or you will be collided with).

Great trails! Much more extensive and rigorous than we expected. Really amazing legacy within the cut of Pittsburgh. Be prepared with a map (or this app!). The trails are NOT well labeled, and there are dozens of them. They are easy to see and follow. But you can’t know which ones go where or which to take next without a map.
