Nice hike to check out park. Had a little trouble finding blazes at one point near lake.

Fairly pleasant, easy hike with some very gentle hills. I actually did a combination of the Turtle and Ridge trails. Be warned, the trail map insists that the trail continues behind the fire tower. I saw something that *may* have been a trail at one time, but was completely unmarked and fizzled out about 50 yards in. I ended up just walking down the paved road to the Ridge trail and taking it back to where in connected up with the Turtle.
