The reviews and pictures on this trail made it seem fairly nice, but unfortunately it has not been maintained or something as of late because this was the most depressing trail I have ever run on. There is garbage everywhere, and the entire trail length pretty much has rusty old dilapidated buildings, abandoned graffitied factories, broken glass, old trucks.....honestly just looks similar to ex-Soviet era countries in terms of the rundown industrial vibe. I wanted this to be a positive experience but overall I would not run here again. Also, many "sketchy" looking people that on this trail along with the runners and bikers so unfortunately I wouldn't recommend single women or families to use this trail closer to sunset. Overall just very depressing, dirty, and not a good experience. Go to Twin Lakes Park nearby instead, it is much nicer for outdoor time.
