The trail is definitely not marked well, but its an easy place to get a quick couple of miles in. I entered at "pennypacker" trailhead, there is a boardwalk leading you in through the forest. walked a few hundred yards and the boardwalk abruptly stops. fortunately some people were there to direct me through some bushes to picked up the mowed trail. A fair bit of it is shaded but dont expect any views. i did see a bunny though, so theres your wildlife.

Great marshland. No trail here.

No shade. Mowed grass trail. Good for running. Easy parking. Connects with Chester Valley trail
