Well marked. Moderate to difficult terrain. Beautiful forest.
Use the coronary trails and you will get a great uphill climb
great short hike with some steep hills but to close to the road.
the mapped 1.44 mile trail is the mostly level grade, rough paved path for walking, bicycling, or jogging. easy difficulty level. There are numerous benches along this and the other trails.
trails range in difficulty but none are overly daunting. Google the park for printable trail map with suggested loops. basic map available in paper form at park entrance display.
great trail for the family ,our 3 year old loved it and walked just over a mile up and down some steep hills
There are lots of trails off the main loop; some are steep and some are moderate to easy. Unfortunately the most scenic parts, which includes unique rock formations and an arched wooden bridge, runs along the road and the sound of the cars ruins the experience.
This is a nice short hike. Whole loop takes me about an hour Maybe an hour 10. I like to use this trail to work on my cardio for peak bagging. There is some long and steep terrain. Up and down the hillside. I don't like that it runs right along 22. You always can hear the cars.
