Completed on 10/4/19, conditions were dry so not much water flowing bit could see it would be pretty. I combined this with the great gorge trail and media run trail

Steep to get down/back up and can sometimes be slippery. Wear appropriate footwear and you'll be fine. I got engaged here so I'm a bit biased, but these falls are always lovely.

Came in from Allegedly Passage but you can drive there too. Steep hill down and had to climbs rocks to get up to the falls but worth it the falls were awesome and did some wading in one of the small areas near the falls. Can walk in behind the falls too! Great time.

Fantastic trail. Beautiful views of the river with the kayakers and rafters. Lots of climbing over rocks and hilly trail before the start of the Meadow Trail. Parked at the cucumber falls lot which is about a half mile or so before the Meadow Trail begins.

There are a lot of steps down to the bottom of the falls. They are narrow in places as well as wet, muddy and slippery Then add a lot of people coming in both directions. There also were a lot of families in the large falls, small pools and smaller falls making it difficult to take photos. We were able to get photos, just had to be patient. The falls are beautiful and impressive. It was nice to be able to get in the water and cool off. Definitely worth seeing but have patience. Also... there is a parking lot and parking on the road near this area. We didn’t know that

did this with a 3 yearold and managed to navigate a way to lil water pool under the falls. flip-flops works but it is slippery on rocks.

This trail was quite nice. The overlook is very close to the parking area, if you want you can go to the base of the falls as well. We took our child down in a hiking backpack with no trouble.

this isn’t much of a hike if you’re okay with some slick rocky stairs.. the falls are not far from the parking lot - instant gratification / photo op — easy and worth the winding ride to get there!

Easy walk down to the falls with a nice place up top for photos.

Very nice payoff with minimal effort. The waterfall is pretty especially during the fall with all the fall colors.

This trail was super scenic. Somehow we jumped on to this trail from meadow run (didn’t know what we were doing and how to follow markers as this was our first hike), but it was a beautiful way to start hiking. There was quite a bit of traffic, but that’s to be expected here.
