HikingGreat!

The total miles was around 8. Simple trail with never ending views. Be prepared for some rock climbing to reach the ending views.

Steep ascent in some parts, but worth the killer view to the north at the top of the peak. Kids made it but the younger one was outta gas.

HikingGreat!

Yes and Great views and great hike. Over grown at the top but overall a good hike. Disappointed in the graffiti on the rocks. Go down using the blue trail and up the AT

Took this today for the first time. The trail was mostly flat except for the end before looping back. When the trail split, we took the blue trail down, followed the winter trail, and came back on the white trail (AT). Thank goodness we did because it probably would had been challenging had we stuck to the AT. Some areas were overgrown but it didn’t bother me since it was short lived. I loved the short stretch of rock scramble but could prob forego the 6 mi of flat trail. Definitely be careful when wet. The autumn leaves and rock would make this trail challenging.

This was a great walk, but unfortunately couldn’t complete the whole hike due to severely overgrown trail. The trail follows an ATV road/trail for the first 3.6 miles, with a relatively steep incline at the beginning but quickly leveling off for a beautiful walk with occasional views of the valley. After ~3.6 miles, the ATV trail ends and the trail leads narrows. Unfortunately it was completely overgrown after a few hundred yards to the point where I couldn’t see the trail or my own feet. Not sure if this clears up shortly after, but I wasn’t willing to risk it. Still a great & enjoyable walk! A little buggy towards the end

HikingGreat!Rocky

Definitively rocky, I would recommend hiking shoes and some portions are on the hard side of difficulty. Best view on top compared to most trails I’ve done in the area, and no highway noise compared to Delaware Water Gap!

A little overgrown in places, and the trail to the last mile or so (the main scramble) was too overgrown for our trip today. Very sunny - hats, sunglasses, lots of water, and sunscreen are a must!!

The first mile goes up hill. Then, it is very smooth and easy walk. It is rocky road, wear good hiking shoes to protect your feet. We saw 2 snakes and one of them was rattlesnake. Many butterflies and caeliferas.

Very beautiful and easy trail. Some longer incline areas and a little overgrown towards the end of the trail but otherwise it was a great time!
