Beltzville State Park has several trails, with these three grouped together, a 5+ mile loop on the northeast side of the lake, located near Lehighton, Pennsylvania. Christman is a 2.5mi loop, relatively flat, with a .5 mile alternate route down a ravine. It may also be biked or skied. Falls and Cove Ridge trails are moderately more difficult, with some rocky terrain heading up past the waterfalls, and a steep, but short, climb beyond.

Such a beautiful trail! Pretty, small waterfalls, plenty of water for pups to take a dip in and flat non-rocky trail. Highly recommend! 5

This loop at Beltzville was beautiful. It features a variety of terrain and some nice views overlooking the water. Not many changes in elevation, which was good for the kids -- the 5 year old had no trouble with the hike (we carried the 2 year old about half the time). Highly recommend.

very nice walk along the river. You can finish it with a stop at the boats area to the lake , where you might be able to do a little picknic. the trail itself is very easy to navigate and it easy- moderate. most of the trail is sheddy , so it's good to do that also on a sunny day.

Great trail especially with kids. Just watch out because the trails are lined with patches of poison ivy but other than that very beautiful! I will definitely be going back.

Walked this trail on Mothers Day. Took the alternate 5 mile loop and I must say this is probably one of my favorite trails. Beautiful water fall and great views of Beltsville.

Mostly flat surface, great views of the lake. Extremely easy, I would not make this a moderate trail. Parking is easily found. There are many unmarked trails so found my self checking the gps often to make sure I was on the correct trail

This is a very beautiful trail however there are lots of unmarked side trails so just be careful. Lots of different Echotone’s views of the cove some tumbling waters on the Wild Creekside. Highly recommend it!

Great hiking trail. Was a bit muddy due to all the recent rain. Nice mini waterfalls.

!!!!!!!! Caution Spotted a Big Cat on the trail up by the cove ridge part of the trail. Good trail, lots to see though

I love walking here. It’s close to my home and I love the falls. It’s not elaborate but it gets me out and about in nature.

3/8/2020 R. We found it frustrating trying to follow the recording. The trails are really named when there and markings are either often or rare. Very sporadic. Basically we think Christman is yellow. Falls is blue. Cove is white. We got lost and meandered our way around a picturesque forest and near a beautiful green blue lake but you don’t get as close as the map appears. Great walk with great friends though.

A delightful walk on New Years Day! Cool to cold, with mud and puddles but overall a lovely walk!

Hike with Laura and Sadie. Beautiful area. Great hike through the woods. Rhododendrons, ferns and moss were everywhere.

Fun trail for myself and pregnant wife. Nothing crazy. GPS brings you to a grass lot. Go about .3-.4 down and there is a nice lot to park.

A nice trail to hike in the morning. It was peaceful passing by the lake and the falls. Nobody around at the time that I was there.

Great views of tiny waterfall, river, and trees. Barely passed 2 people during the 2 hour hike. Hidden gem in PA!
