As you would expect in PA along the AT very rocky, they means Rocksslyvania! A few look outs along the way to break up the forest rocky trail. Also closer to 33 you have some nice ridge line trails hugging the side of the ridge to break up the terrain a bit. Some big fallen trees close to 33 as well that could get you off trail if not careful. I finished the last 4.6 miles of trail from Katellen Trail to Wind Gap going north.

Many switch backs when you enter at RT/33 as you climb, plenty of rocks to keep your feet in great shape. Scarce vista’s... very dense forest, minimal elevation gains across the top, decent hike. Parking is good for a few cars entering smith gap rd.

Great trail - connected 33 to Smith Gap Road. No scrambles, some rocks not too bad.

Over grown and rocky thin trail. Look outs were ok but not worth the shitty footing to get there.

Clear and well marked trail. We enjoyed our hike with our pup. Parking close to trail but limited. Wear hiking boots and pants, rocky footing, and buggy in areas.

A nice long track, enough elevation gain to keep it interesting. Some nice views at the fire cuts and power lines, but it was pretty foggy this morning. Some nice rock scrambles and the decent from the mountain at Danielsville was challenging to wrap up the hike. Going up this section would be a workout. There is a side trail that is marked with a view sign, but again to much fog to see, there is a nice campfire circle at that location and someone has fashioned seats with backs out of the rocks. Quiet walk in the woods today!!

Family day hike; five in/five out. First off, compared to the other side of Wind Gap, this trail is better laid-out and far less number of rocks, however you will still see the rocks in your dreams that night. there are a couple of good lookout points along the way, and since the weather was good it helped keep things easy. i can’t say i would necessarily do this hike again, but I do like Wind Gap the town. And there were plenty of friendly through-hikers to say ‘hey’ to; safe journey for all.

Pleasant enough forest trail setting with bends/curves. There was really only one or two views clear enough to see much from top and that is where the clearings were. At the top of initial ascent is a sign for Hahn's Lookout, but couldn't see too much because of the trees. Good amount of rocks on trail, but not quite as bad as the other side of Wind Gap.
