It’s a great trail with beautiful scenery but there was too much graffiti and broken glass throughout the trail. This is not a good trail to bring dogs on because of the broken glass. We only went halfway in and counted 4 areas of glass on the trail. If there was a trail cleanup, it would be 4-5 stars.

I’d probably categorize it as Moderate. This can be an awesome hike for a family or a disaster if your kids don’t listen. Much of the trail is near steep drop offs towards the creek so you really need everyone to respect the trail for safety. I used to spend a lot of time here in high school. There are now some beach areas with sand as well as a rock that many people jump from into the water so don’t be surprised to clusters of people camped out along the trail. The waterfall is great you can get behind it as seen in the photos and doing so isn’t that difficult. Just like most of the trail be careful of wet or moss covered rocks as they can be slippery.

Should be a beautiful hike along the water. So much graffiti and trash takes away from what would be a great short hike. This trail seems to attract a sketchy young party crowd.

Thought it was great. There's a nice little waterfall (seasonal im sure) a few hundred yards in from the trailhead. Not marked and hard to follow, but fairly straightforward. Would not classify as easy though. Plenty of scenery for sure. Great place to take the stove and have lunch next to the stream. Lots of graffiti, but still plenty to see.

More of a moderate trail. Nice though! Wet and slippery in places.

Its not an easy trail, I'd say moderate. The views are stunning, but ruined by garbage left behind from partying young people and tons of graffiti. if you can get past that, it's well worth the hike, just sad to see such a beautiful place destroyed like that.

I love it back there. Never see anyone hiking or wants to hike

Park by Frew Mill Rd bridge and cross guiderail. There are no blazes to follow and no maintenance on this trail otherwise I’d give it a 5. Beautiful specimens of glacial action along the slippery rock creek.

This trail is a favorite and has been for past three years. It’s a great way to kick off spring. My grandson Marco (age 13) requested we hike today so we set out around 2:00pm and finished around 4:00pm. He loves everything about the two mile hike other than the litter and graffiti that a few (disrespectful) people create. Today we walked the trail and cleaned up what we could because we only had one trash bag with us.

I wouldn't quite consider this to be an "easy" trail, although it's certainly on the easy side of "moderate". Hiked it with an infant in a carrier and the footing is definitely a concern most of the way. Beautiful scenery though and still manageable.
