Great for a stroll along the river. Not what you are looking for if you'd like a true hike.

I wouldn't call this a trail, but it is a beautiful little walk down by the river. There are lots of places to sit and look out. This is where I walk my dog and it is a very dog busy area.

I kayaked this on the weekends. It is a very relaxing tour. Be careful of the boats going around the area though.
