What an awesome little trail. Super well maintained and a gorgeous view for zero effort. Literally anyone with the ability to walk on a flat even surface could do this hike. You could probably even get a wheelchair or stroller to the platform. Definitely an underrated gem.

There’s no trail head sign to this waterfall, but Apple Maps will take you directly to it. There’s about seven trees you get to maneuver over or under which is fun! There’s just a viewpoint and no signs of ways to scramble to the bottom, but still a beautiful waterfall!

5/2/20: SO MANY TREES DOWN. Nice little walk to a pretty waterfall! Worth doing if you’re already in the area for another hike :)

Fun, but prepared to climb over tons of trees. Very short, but well worth the views IMO.

Maps take you a back way. We were the only ones there. Looks like a path can take you down closer but with a toddler we didnt go down.

Stunning waterfall and a short hike to get there - which is a big plus with two little kiddos. Warm Springs Falls is an impressive powerful waterfall! There’s a viewing deck as well as a small trail that we lead you a little closer to the falls. The small path gets a little treacherous with an extremely fall drop to the falls. We tried the path for a minute but quickly turned around with two little boys. It was a neat view of the falls though and I would have loved to do more if we didn’t have the kids. Be warned that the drive is long to arrive here and once you’re out here there isn’t much else other than the Lemolo Falls trail. Also! If you’re using google maps to get here it might try to lead you down a sketchy, rocky service road to get to the trailhead. DON’T GO DOWN THIS! There’s a perfectly paved road you can take but Google maps takes you down this way. We had to learn the hard way....

The trail is 1.6 miles from the sign that says lemolo no1 warm springs falls trail. Entrance is on the left between two trees. If you get to the open area with the Warm Spring sign you have gone too far.

Short easy hike, the sign marking the trail was gone but if you follow directions that include miles you can find the wide spot and trail on the left side of the road. Long drive, short hike, beautiful trail and falls! Did Lemolo falls as well.

Visited this waterfall twice. Once in March 2017 and again in October 2017. In March, the trail was completely snowed over. We made our own trail, post-holing through the snow (we didn’t expect snow, thus we neglected to bring snowshoes). It was an absolutely beautiful sight. When we visited the waterfall in October, it was just as impressive but easier to access. I recommend visiting this waterfall and Lemolo Falls during the same visit as they are close to each other.

Visited late May, still had some snow in places. Wonderful view of falls and basalt columns. Great add on to any trip you are already making,

Beautiful falls with a very short hike! The falls were beautiful and we took a little offshoot trail to get a closer look! I love all of the basalt formations in this area!

Although quite short and easy, this little hike takes you to a spectacular waterfall compete with a beautiful columnar basalt drape to the left of the waterfall. There is now a well built deck and rails overlooking the falls. A great warm up hike before tackling Lemolo falls. Watch out for the stealth mosquitos.
