Weyerhauser just logged this entire place over the last couple days. It's a complete wasteland now. I will add that if you are willing to endure the bleak beginning that has been stripped of trees there is much that is still like it was and very beautiful with several creeks that cross under the old logging road. I guess this part will be logged in the near future, so enjoy it while you can! There's also a beaver pond off to the left, although I didn't see any beavers both times I was there.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: The trail is closed for the summer, unless you've obtained a special use pass. As of July 1, 2015 you can not enter the area without a pass and would be considered trespassing. I called to confirm this on the last day of June when I happened to be there. In the summer, this place is quite overgrown with foliage, often plants with spikes that can tear up your arms and legs too! The growth made some trails extremely hard to traverse and to navigate and I ended up with A LOT of spiders on me. Those are the only downsides though as nobody else was around, there are miles of trails which you can link together. You can find areas with good flow and gradual obstacles or there are definitely more technical areas to choose from. Well shaded throughout with small bodies of water and cool views to be discovered!

Great mix of singletrack and freeriding. There are trails everywhere here and they all lead you back to the main path so you can't get lost. Every time you go it can be a new ride anywhere from 2 to 12 miles!
