I ran most of the trail. It is only one person thin. It was short and fun. Took some great photos. Very few people travel it because the trail was overgrown in several places. you have to pay to access this trail...7 dollar day use. it is located near the restrooms by the lighthouse at Yaquina Head.

Breathtaking views. A must do hike. Flies were bad but didn't bite . Federal run park. $7 fee but good for 3 days. Bathrooms available at trail head. Bring binoculars to look for whales. We saw 3 of them:)

Very short, quick and easy hike at yaquina bay. Went on a cloudy day and it was still beautiful. Easy for everyone, slight incline all the way up makes it doable.

Short and uphill on switchbacks all the way to the top. Definitely worth it. Great views and well maintained trail.

The Salal Hill Trail runs up a short set of switchbacks at the opposite side of the parking lot from the lighthouse. It's fairly steep but well maintained and worth the sweeping vistas of the ocean and lighthouse, Agate Beach to the South and up the beaches north to Otter Crest and beyond.

Paved trail that leads to the Yaquina Head lighthouse. The lighthouse is cool and they offer tours that allow you to go up into the top of the lighthouse

I imagine this is the trail around the lighthouse? At any rate, watch for whales, watch the birds and admire the historic lighthouse. Other trails nearby lead down to a rock beach (which have an amazing sound in the waves) and easy access tide-pools. A gorgeous spot.
