Snowshoed over a fresh dusting of snow. Feet sunk in about three feet of snow. It got to the point that the snow was so deep that we could not continue. It was very beautiful at the top, though.

We snowshoed today, it was early season so only a few inches of snow on the ground. Some people just hiked it, but after the first mile you were in a bit of the powder. Quite a few groups of people on the trails today. We went up to Potato Hill to get a view, while you get a nice panorama, we didn’t see any of the larger mountains. Will be nice a bit later in the season when there’s more snow on the ground!

Beautiful blue skies with hardly any wind. Lots of snow and the views were fabulous! Would do this again for sure. Not heavily trafficked.

It's a really easy fun trail for mom and kids. Easy if you're carrying a baby too. The only negative side is that it's really windy! Pack extra clothes!

This was a nice trail for my third time snowshoeing. It was very warm heading up and we didn't do the whole loop but turned around after about 1.5 miles. Just where the trees thinned completely and the view was amazing.

this is a nice snow shoe. the top is open, with little trees coverage. so check on wind conditions. it was extremely windy when I went. but a great view at the top

I've enjoyed snowboarding at Hoodoo several times. Great terrain and many trails of various difficulties. Not as many trees as I like, but the snow is still great throughout the season. Hoodoo has really done a great job improving their facilities over the years and expanding themselves. Reasonable price for a lift ticket, and the lines aren't too busy on the weekends. Amazing views from the summit.
