Paulina Falls Trail is really a nature hike, but there are two scenic spots to view this 80’ double falls. For a full trip report with article and pictures visit ‘Pursuing Balance Through Adventure’: https://oregonhikingpursuingbalancethruadventure.business.blog/2019/12/25/paulina-falls-trail/

Visited here on 10-11-19. Short walk to the falls. Lake is close by as well.

Two beautiful waterfalls. The falls are really pretty and totally worth it to visit. There is a very short hike to the bottom of the falls.

Not sure I would classify this as a "hike", because you can literally walk along a paved path to an overview of the waterfalls. However, there is an option to "hike" to the bottom of the falls and have a different point of view of the falls. It was slightly steep to hike down to the lower viewpoint of the waterfalls, but it was less than a quarter of a mile, so it doesn't take you long.

Short hike to the lookout and down to the bottom. The falls were covered in green algae.

This is one of the most accessible waterfalls in Central Oregon. Another similarly easy to visit falls is Salt Creek Falls off highway 58. Paulina has the benefit of being a double falls. I hiked down to the lower viewpoint and also walked the path up to Paulina Lake just to give my hike a bit more length.

If you're looking for a nice waterfall that's easy to get to, this is it. There is no real hiking involved. It's just a little stroll up to the overview. I even believe it's paved so you could bring a stroller or a wheel chair. There is a lower trail that is not paved and has some switch backs - it leads to a view from below the falls which is not too spectacular. It is a nice place to get out and stretch your legs after the drive into the park.
