Very short trail, the part of the trail that is closest to the waterfall is closed indefinitely. Good if you want a little walk (round trip not more than half mile) and to see a beautiful waterfall from afar.

Trail looks sweet, however the state has it closed and flagged off. Don’t head up until the state sorts it out.

Very short walk/hike through the forest to get to a waterfall that is bigger than it looks in pictures. The road in has quite a few potholes but was fairly easily passable in my 2 wheel drive sedan while driving carefully. It is worth the quick stop but only took us about 20 minutes. You also can’t get very close to the waterfall which is kind of a bummer.

Very nice and tall waterfall. Not much of a hike, but it was a pleasant stroll through the forest. The road had a lot of potholes, but was short - my FWD hatchback was fine with some careful maneuvering. Good to check out if you're in the Tillamook area.

HikingGreat!

Trail is short but worth the trip down a bumpy one way road to see this amazing waterfall.

Walking

Bumpy one lane coming in- go slow. Short, easy hike with big payoff. Trail is closed as you get closer to the falls but still have great views of the falls.

Easy hike with two kids and bigger than expected water falls. The road into the trail is super bumpy and one lane in places so be careful

Beautiful waterfall. There's some nice shaded picnic areas around the parking lot. The trail is short and easy. FYI. You won't be able to make it close to the falls but there is a nice view point.

Easy trail but it was worth it once you see the falls. It appears out of nowhere. Tallest fall in area.

Well maintained trail, short walk, and truly lovely waterfall. The river and picnic areas near the trailhead are nice as well. Not much parking.

Excellent and short hike to a surprisingly tall and beautiful waterfall! Just a 7 minute drive from highway 101 where you pull off. We have a few young kids and this was a perfect short walk for them with a spectacular finish. Trail is smooth and easy.

Very easy short hike with a beautiful waterfall. You can’t get very close to the waterfall at all, walking along the creek is very nice. Heavily trafficked with friendly people. The salmonberries and watermelon berries were an awesome addition to our experience. **note: I went in the summer (July 2019) but I still wanted to write a review because this place was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it for all ages and skill levels!!!

Beautiful little hike. I felt like I would run into Rambo. Part of the trail leading to the waterfall was blocked off but easy to step around.

Really amazing, easy out and back, instantly gratifying! Wouldn't call it a hike or exercise, more of a stroll. Great option for those who can't do too much but want the majesty.

Extremely short hike. It's more like a nature stroll. But the view of Munson falls near the end of the trail is well worth it. You could take the kiddos on this one. It is very easy. Unfortunately I went when the end of the trail was closed off due to fallen branches and logs but it was a fun walk.
