This is a nice, semi-challenging, shorter loop option on Mt Talbert as compared to the longer loop around the perimeter. I hiked every trail in the park today, including those on this loop. What a great park right in the middle of Happy Valley / Portland! A very popular, semi-crowded destination, but very much worth the visit.

Well maintained and well marked nature park. Pleasantly surprised at how pretty these trails were. Obviously not going to be as good as hiking to views or a waterfall, but given location and proximity this is a pretty great option. A good place to stop after work to stretch your legs!

Nice quiet nature park in suburban southeast Portland area. Sad that dogs aren’t allowed here, but was consoled by the fact that 3 deer crossed my path. There’s a nice small peak to summit!

Fairly easy trail all around with some cool views and interesting scenery between the chopped down trees and the bridges through what I'm guessing is/was a swamp area. A neat and convenient hike right off I-205.
