Easy and relaxing for the first part but after the first large bend it is way too overgrown and impossible to pass so ends up being a very short hike. Nice park though

Ok trail, but lots of dogs off leash. Trail loops around the park. Very muddy and flooded in areas.

It’s an alright trail. I would say it could be maintained a little better, and the mileage here doesn’t match with GPS. Shorter than listed.

Has potential but a mile in the river has come over the trail and is impassable

Personally, I don't mind an outing where I have to bushwhack. But, if a trail is listed, and you expect to be able to take a nice hike along the River and through the woods this is not it. The trail is not marked, maintained, and often barely visible. I made it to the end point on the trail map, but not without much difficulty and often simply bushwhacking.

Perfect open area to bring your dog and enjoy the scenery during the fall.

This state park is a beautiful place to bring your dog, get on the river and go for a scenic walk. This is not a long walk. I could not complete the walk since it was very overgrown and not maintained. Lovely scenery for a stroll but it’s not a hike.

This is a great walk with some confusing trails and a few almost impassable spots. Trail needs to be maintained but it's not too bad if you're feeling adventurous. Twords the end of the main trail it gets cut short due to overgrowth.

Fine for a quick little hike pretty overgrown though and not just a whole ton to see but dog friendly and pretty easy!

Nice little hike with the family. Definitely overgrown and not for those who don’t want to be pushing branches out of the way. Dog friendly though but there is a part the is steep mud with a little bridge. Not for those without good footing. Overall was fun but definitely not worth doing more than once or twice.

Great easy trail to take your dogs on! A few muddy spots after the gravel stops but hey...if you're not used to it, you're not an Oregonian.

Cool, but a LOT of off leash dogs in leashed dogs only areas. Not the best place for a dog that doesn’t get along with other dogs.

We enjoyed this easy trail. I imagine that later in the season the blackberry bushes will make for some rough going towards the end, and there are a couple spots where the river is cutting the bank away which includes the trail.
