Very beginning of trail is not maintained well, lots of poison oak. From the drive up viewpoint and to the top was an easy and clean trail. Overall nice quick run, be careful of the oak!

Did this trail for the first time today. Just missed peak wildflowers but still enjoyed the diversity of wooded sections followed by open views. Short but fun hike.

Great for kids, of course beware of rattle snake country (rocks).

My two year old loved the wild flowers with the insects.
Once you're at the top (across the street from the lookout) & I mean the tippy top-kite flying is perfect.
The lands surrounding the area are ideal with the river on the side.

Love this hike when the wild flowers are in full bloom. The pup loves chasing bugs and having a drink in the creek. Stop and have a snack in Mosier or at least a beverage and enjoy the local area
