An easy, quick loop running along a small creek and cow pasture to the west, and the south Santiam River to the east. Features many different plants, and some small critters, throughout the year, but mostly during the warmer months, when you will find plentiful blackberry bushes.

Great easy paved walk. Prefect for kids to bring their bikes.

Very easy, paved . Good place to walk your dogs.

this trail is excellent for strollers wheelchairs and dogs on leashes. we parked the car at Had Irvine park and took the connecting path in order to add distance. it is all well marked and well maintained as an urban walking trail.

fun, nice wide paved loop. Dog walkers but leashed and nice. Careful on summer, the path next to water treatment area is smelly .

small portion of the trail is smelly due to treatment plant. otherwise nice little trail.

Almost full sun and a water treatment plant that was really smelling the area up dreadfully. It was nice to see benches along the way if you wanted to rest but this I would consider a stroll and not a hike at all. I would guess maybe better in the fall to see the changing colors of the trees.

It's a quiet little trail, with a some benches along the river side. I'd like to bring my kids back to ride their bikes along the paved pathway here. The sound of the river and the woodpecker in the tree were another nice little perk to this place too.

I really enjoy this trail, love the river and farm fields and the location is perfect however in the summer I have walked past the water treatment plant and had spray hit me while running from a stink that is unbarable...

The blacktop for this trail is so smooth that it could be used for rollerskating/rollerblading. I plan to return for running.
