A nice, 3mi casual hike with some lovely falls. Close to portland. This is one of my favorite quick hikes. Tip: if you do the full loop clockwise, and wind up back at the road, cross it and follow the path. Don’t walk the road. Blind curves, no shoulder and you’d miss the beautiful falls right before you get back to the parking area!
I wouldn’t call this a hike. More like a short walk to the falls. It got a bit slippery right by the water. Parking can be tricky. We found a spot down the road and walked to the trail head. Spent about 30 minutes total walking around the falls. Once you see it, you’ll forget any frustrations you found while parking. It’s beautiful.
Beautiful waterfall and rock formations, easy trail, usually on the weekends it’s packed, but on an early Monday morning you can have it pretty much to yourself.

Impressive trails that are well taken care of. You can even access the waterfalls and touch them. WONDERFUL! This is great for beginners. Totally recommend.

Came at 11:30 on a Tuesday morning. Lot was full-up and the lower falls was packed but it was nice once you hit the trail! Beautiful lush green and creeks and the upper falls are awesome! We went counter-clockwise which seemed to be the opposite way everyone else was going. Wasn't a bad route, but next time I'll try it clockwise. By the time we ended the hike there were a few open spots in the lot so the crowds seemed to thin out a bit around 1p.

Very short and easy hike. The weather was nice enough for it today and the upper falls and lower falls were amazing! Did this with my 11 year old and she enjoyed it. Glad we got to do this one while visiting Oregon.

Very easy walk to the beautiful falls. Not busy on a Monday morning.
Such a fun hike! My 4 kids, ages 9, 8, 5, & 3 did this with us and they loved seeing the waterfalls. The huge fall at the beginning of the hike was beautiful but the waterfall at the top of the hike is fun because you can go behind it- as long as you don't mine getting wet. While there were a lot of people at the lookout area, the hike was not that crowded.
As someone who doesnt like much incline or sunshine, this trail is perfect. its full of shade and the trail difficulty is easy most of the time, with only small sections with lots of rocks and heavy inclines. Our 10 and 11 year old dogs did just fine on the hike with no hiccups.
Needs better signage so people know where the “short” hike is versus the long one. But, beautiful!

It was great with my 5 year old. A little step in some places but he made it up. The second falls is really nice. Can almost make it all the way underneath. Will revisit.

It's a good hike even in the rain. The waterfalls are majestic.
One of my favorites. Super easy with a very pretty waterfall. It does get very crowded because it’s easy and good for kids, but on a weekday morning it’s a lot less crowded.
Beautiful views of 2 waterfalls. Great hike with kids. Moderately strenuous.

The lower falls is stunning. There were a lot of people gathered at the base of it but the water fall was still beautiful. The upper falls was personally better but the lower falls did not upset.
My favorite for kids ages 4+ some steep hills but lots of resting spots.
Easy hike up to the waterfall. This trail can actually be walked in a full loop. If you start at the trailhead and head up the mountain, it will take you to the upper waterfall. Then as you continue on down it will cross the road and take you to the lower waterfall. We went earlier in the morning and it wasn't so crowded. There designated parking, but theres also room across the road too. Overall, easy quick fun hike.
Like Multnomah Falls, it’s a 5 star waterfall, but is diminished by the absurd amount of people that will be there.
