FYI— this is not really a hiking trail. We tried to follow directions and start walking, but it was pretty wooded over. The Pacific Crest Trail is just down the road so that’s a better bet than this for a hike.

This was absolutely breathtaking! I went with a group a few years ago in April! Gorgeous day, sun was out about 70° Beautiful snow. We hiked to Salt Creek Falls after cross country skiing it was amazing! It is a must do!! I've got to do it again someday soon!
