Great trail for more leisurely exercise. Very flat. Great for biking as well.

Peaceful. Beautiful. Clean. Nicely paved for biking and hiking. Steep stairs to run for cardio. Lots of nice people and a big dog park at the beginning of the trail for the pups.

Great paved road/trail for biking and running! Lots of side trails branch off of it also. Only downside is the one of the trail heads is next to Redmond's sewage treatment plant (in other words besides being an eye-sore, it smells horrible ESPECIALLY in the summer)

it was good when I was at a beginner level. but now that I can complete the entire canyon from start to finish and back it's like nothing to me. all flat trail.
