Entire beach section was flooded out but when it's fully open it's a nice walk and a nice off-leaf beach walk with the dog.

Beautiful park. Trails were muddy & slippery with leaves, but you could also travel on paved trail if you chose. Very serene.

awesome place to hike or swim. busy but everyone was respectful and kept distance. cool places that were more rugged. would be a good place to test out new gear.

Confusing trail...I had to use the app the entire way because it’s not well marked. Lots of people and as we wound around the lake the trail leads into a snaggy blackberry bush trail. The scenery is beautiful however.

Muddy

1/4-1/2 paved. We came down through the off-leash dog park area. there is a land bridge over to the island, and it was lovely. Depending on which trails you take to get there, some are muddy.

Fun trail at Mary S Young. There were signs that said Cedar Island wasn’t accessible until April 15 at the earliest, but the water level was low enough to get across. Once you’re on Cedar Island, there really aren’t maintained trails. The path can get muddy & slippery so be careful. Great views of the Willamette River. Dog friendly.
