Half of it is a paved private road and half gravel, but still a good hike for the day
This trail is NOT PAVED. It is gravel road all the way up. The bike path to get to it is paved. Also, it’s a bike bath not a road. The gate was open and there was speed limit signs but it is not a public road. It’s a mile up the paved road and than you start the mile and half trek up the hill. So over all it will be a 5 mile hike. Also it’s more of a moderate hike but my 5 year old and 3 year old made it. Beautiful scenery
