I mountain biked this trail. First, it is very pretty with large old growth trees. Second, it's very easy to get to and there is a lot of parking in the state park, third, not a lot of people use this trail. This trail was primarily designed for horseback riding. The trail head is near the horse camp and there is a lot of horse manure along the trail. Mountain bikers beware, the first four miles of this loop are uphill. This isn't a steep trail, but it grinds on uphill for a long time. Take caution on a bike coming back on the downhill side as horse riders use the loop going both ways, and horses hate bikes.

Muddy, and you have to pay the fee to use it. It's also hard to find, but it's still a good walk!

Very easy. Did this in mid December where it was wet and muddy. Still doable even after some snow fall but had to turn back halfway due to a flooded river with excess mud. Kind of flat, same scenery for miles.

Did the Buck Mountain Loop and added the Perimeter Trail down to the North Falls for about a 20 mile trip. Very relaxed feel in the woods with the mist from a stream. A little muddy and rocky but worth it.

I have biked this trail a few times. I hiked it with my dog last week and up hear the top, the rain turned to snow and we got snowed on for about 2 miles.

Actually took "Buck Mountain Loop" - this was my first longer venture out with my dog (since the main falls trails don't allow dogs) and it was nice. Lots of horses on this trail during the weekend.
