From Estacada follow Hwy 224 southeast approximately 25 miles to Forest Road 57. Turn left onto FR 57 and go about 7.5 miles to the junction with Forest Road 58. Bear left onto FR 58 and go about 1 miles to the junction with Forest Road 5810. Turn right onto FR 5810 and follow road east 5 miles to Forest Road 210. Turn left onto FR 210 and follow northwest a half mile. The trailhead is on the left.

Beautiful Lake and lovely hike with shade. Took 4 small boys with me and they did great. Tons of people here on the weekends FYI. Swimming and camping is great.

HORDES...and I mean hordes of people. Great to check out for a second during the day. 1000% not lightly trafficked during the weekends.

Great small hike, beautiful lake. Since it's a short hike the incline isn't bad if you are out of practice. Nice shade on the trail if you need a rest.
