The trail is gravel and not muddy. You arrive a a parking lot and go up the hill on a very narrow path. Lots of people mid day on a Wednesday. Masks were necessary because the path is so narrow. This hike is more of a moderate difficulty. You climb in elevation most of the time. We only made it about a mile and a half with 5 little kids in tow. It’s certainly not hard but I think it’s a stretch to refer to this hike as easy. Somewhere in between... for adults in decent shape it’s easy. Children find this hike a little more challenging due to the elevation gain.

Didn't go all the way to end. Turned around alongside willamette st. Not too soggy, mostly dry in fact. Not crowded

Was rainy and foggy but beautiful. Be careful because someone broke into our car at the trailhead.

Beautiful trail. Well kept. Lots of fun mushrooms to observe right now. Trail is quite busy on weekends though. Pretty much everyone was wearing a mask and let others pass. lots of dogs. mostly kept on leash. (please keep your dog on leash ... this is a very narrow trail).

Love that we have these trails right in our city. Packed gravel the whole way, well maintained. Busy on this sunny Sunday morning. Some areas are narrow enough that it was tricky to give others room to pass. Nice view of the city with Autzen in the distance. If you've got kids with you, definitely take the offshoot to take a look at the cool hut!

Nice little trail! Close to town. I'm a bit out of shape and would rate this trail as "moderate" more than "easy", but I did do the whole 4 miles and really enjoyed it.

Nice leg of trail that can be link to others or be a stand alone. Fall is here so there are lots of leaves on the trail and it smells like marion berries! Also saw a deer close to the Blanton trail head.

Great trail. Its largely shaded, so great for sunny days. There are several branches that are interesting. The trail is likely east for an able bodied person, but the inclinations and narrow trail will likely cause difficulty for others.
