Very pleasant run through the woods. A couple of good inclines - after the half-way turn-around a nice steady incline was a good workout for this novice runner. Nobody else on the trail on a Monday afternoon (5:30). Park your car across the street in a little turnout. Walk a quarter mile or so up the park road (walk around the gate) to where the trail begins. There are several side trails that might make for a more interesting walk/hike.

This trail was great, definitely has some incline but nothing so steep that you would have trouble, just take it slow. We only did the loop and didn’t go off on any of the other trails but there are multiple ways you could go to add more length or difficulty. Took out 2 dogs, 4yr old and 7 year and they also enjoyed it! Will do again and try the different trails.

Nice easy trail for an hour long walk. Great if you want to get out and stretch your legs or walk with young children.

Really pretty and not too difficult. Lots of options for different ways to hike around the area. Has trees, wetland, pasture, and flowers. My dogs enjoyed it even on leash.

fun and easy! it's easy to miss the trailhead because the little parking area is not marked, it's just a pull out across the road from the trailhead (which just looks like an old forest road). about halfway around, the trail becomes single track and begins a short but steady incline - still easy. very, very pretty and you can hear the ocean from parts of the trail!

Okay trail. Dogs allowed but must be on leash. Nor horses. There are signs out for the trails, but the trail head is not right near parking. There are some pretty good inclines on not a smooth trail.

In April there are still a lot of places where it’s pretty muddy. Great views of Beaver Creek. Cool forest mossy walks and mountain meadows. Lots of up hill in the second half.

Wet, muddy boring trail. 3/4 mike walk up a road ti get to the trailhead. I felt like I was walking through someone's backyard at times.

seems to be pretty open, geared towards birders...and the few remaining golden chants this late in the season...

The trail main entrance & welcome center are on N. Beaver Creek Rd; the trail there passes through a marsh so was closed due to high water levels in the marsh. The alternate entrance is via S. Beaver Creek Rd, with parking across the street from the access/service road . It is a well maintained trail with limited views. There are some other trail branches within this system.
