This trail is very flat and would be stroller friendly. It is mostly paved. Not a lot of shade...more of a park feel than a wilderness hiking vibe...but the abandoned Mill makes what it lacks in wilderness worth it.

Very easy trail to hike. Plenty of views of wildlife, the lake, as well as the river. Also, off the beaten path is the old mill and inside is a shit ton of badass graffiti. Must see. Cool trail.
