Definitely a beautiful park. Lot's of shade and rest along the way. I added the additional (apparently new, not as shady) path along the southeast side (not actually a part of the park) to add distance.

Will Rogers Garden Park is a gem not to be missed! With well designed layout and landscaping it has ponds, gorgeous displays of flowers and plants, shaded paved walkways, bridges, a plant conservatory, visitor center and plenty of parking. You will see a lot if geese and if you get off the path you will discover more wild life. We saw a grey heron and a lot of turtles.
