Great trail. Lots of up and down terrain changes. Muddy and swampy in lower areas, boots are a must!

Lowlands are so muddy they’re almost impassable.

Well marked trail that was not crowded with people. The trail followed the river for the most part and was very peaceful. The lower sections were muddy from the rain the previous day, but the mud was not too much that you couldn’t still enjoy the hike.
