Easy trail, but those bringing pets beware - even though we stayed on trail, we had to remove multiple ticks after our walk.

Scenic and flat but very muddy. I loved the trail portions that weaved through the pine forests.

Moderate hike through former tree farm with views of current tree farm and Horseshoe pond. Very slick trails in the winter. Parking/trailhead nondescript and easy to miss from the road. Didn't pass any other hikers.

Truly one of my go-to trails. Peaceful and beautiful scenery. Everyone we have ever passed or run into on the trail have been nice and polite. Tranquil.

A nice and easy trail with a couple thick patches of pines that reach to the sky. Horseshoe Pond is just past the parking lot on the beginning of the loop and it’s pretty large. Passed a couple cross country skiers, saw some birds and deer. Middle of trail cuts along the Christmas Tree farm and in the end of the trail it runs along the road. Easy to follow and just under 3 miles!

The majority of this trail is quite wide and grassy. We prefer trails that aren't as wide with more climbing and descending.

Not much elevation change. Most of path was through wet, overgrown grassy areas. Nice vista overlooking tree farm.

Nice coniferous loop and not challenging in terms of elevation. Will have muddy spots after heavy rains but it's navigable. Often a good birding spot, too.
