A very simple trail. I will have to come back later in the year to view the Rock and Herb Garden.

Today was possibly one of the most beautiful days on the trail! There were some slightly muddy parts very very little remnant snow and just a whole Lotta fun! There was about 10 Blue Jays down by the river near Sand run saw a couple hawks, walk through the water and also crossed the river up to the Mingo lodge to check that out. That is an amazing place by the way! Congratulations summit Metroparks! @skateparc

Today’s truck through the nature realm and sand run was extraordinarily invigorating! My friend and I traversed snowy icy conditions semi hard packed but in principle with a strong step. We saw many types of birds in fact a falcon and an owl at the observation deck at the nature around which was a nice surprise. All in all the cold was a welcome addition to the morning! Thank you! Today’s walk was pretty exceptional. I got to go on the walk with three of my favorite human beings and we each got a chance to take one photograph during the track when we felt inspired. That was the only time we could use our phones! We did whim half breathing the entire time nobody was cold and only one person had some soreness but overall everything was pretty amazing! It’s a great day to go onto Seneca so if you’re thinking about it just go now! Thank you ! Brad @skateparc

The Trail today it was a magnificent mystery tour of cool things and awesome spectacles all around us. My walking partner and I paused on the gorge bridge and as we did the entire forest went silent not even a mouse. We walked through some off trail places that were really cool into the gorges and followed the path of the sun through the trees on the hills. Quite majestic! We decided to end the trip a little bit early and track Up one of the steep cliff sides to see what was on top and, lo and behold, we ended up at my friends house. Coincidence or something more? @skateparc

So no dogs allowed and we accid Entally ventured in .. went to put dogs in. Car .. there was few dirty diapers left on the fallen trees In full sight and there was cookie snack wrappers left in the trails ,, So maybe allows dogs and ask owners to pick up fate them .. but oh wait .. if they don’t pick up their baby waste they’re not likely to pick up after dogs ..

Easy trail, nice for an after dinner walk or something like that. The facilities at this park are really nice, from the nature center to the bathrooms, to the herb garden and the ponds where turtles are sometimes hanging out.
