This is not a running trail. It’s too narrow and there are too many roots and rocks to roll your ankle on. It is a nice trail to walk and hang out in nature. If it’s mosquito season, bring bug spray.

Nice place to get your nature fix. Trails marked well, but multiple colors so have to know which color you want to follow.

Slightly overgrown in spots, but definitely a place worth checking out.
