I'm so upset that this trail was rated easy. I decided to take my daughter in a stroller, only to find out this trail is nothing but rocks, tree roots and severe inclines and hills. after 35 minutes, I encountered a huge set of stairs, so steep that I had to turn around. I almost lost the stroller a couple times going downhill. So DO NOT take a young child in a stroller-it is very dangerous! I wish other reviews had mentioned any of this.

The trail is well maintained and it’s a good length to hike if you want to get outside, but don’t have a ton of time to be on the trail.

Love this trail but not sure why it is rated as “easy”. Not easy in my book. Plenty of steep inclines. Who knows, I am 51, maybe I am just old.

Nice open field where you can play with your dog, lay out, or toss a Frisby around. The trail is well maintained and is a good run. There is a bit washed out when you hit the second decent (about .5 miles in).

this hike is 1.4 miles of awesomeness! there are calisthenics areas all over the course, 20 to be exact, so you're walking and running and doing pushups etc. very strenuous inclines and declines. lots of rocks and roots on course, but such a great workout course!

I just want to point out that the picture of the water and bridge on this trail is not in the correct place. This is a loop with some exercise stations and some good elevation. If you like body weight exercises, and running/jogging, doing this one twice might be a great substitute for a day at cross fit. You definitely have to be the type to push yourself if you want to get anything out of the stations. Many times I have seen people working out with their dogs, which I think is pretty cool! If you want to make a day out of it, you can exit one side and walk down to the towpath, or exit the other side to the sand run jogging trail. Enjoy your Hike!!!

Lovely trail with some variations for those that want to stop and do the exercise segments . A bit muddy this time of year after the heavy rain, so be prepared! I loved the way the trail winded around the local hills, and there was lots of flora and fauna about. Took me around 30m to complete with the dog.

Nice little walk. Most of the exercise stations are pretty dull, like doing arm circles or knee bends, but a couple are cool. Little bit of downhill and uphill.
