Good length, quiet. Want to try it out when leaves are on the trees

This is wonderful for anyone who needs a nice, flat, and well maintained trail. The interpretation signs are high quality and easy to read. Old growth, new growth, and prairie.

A very well maintained trail. Dog friendly. This is a flat and crushed stone trail that is relatively easy and very family friendly. Multiple stations with historical information along the trail. I suggest taking the right fork at the beginning if you’d like to read about the Battle of Fallen Timbers chronologically. Mostly a meadow path with a couple portions in the woods. This is a very pleasant trail.

Really good trail with a lot of history (has quite a few historical references posted periodically throughout the trail about the battle). Half the trail is through the woods and the other half is in the prairie (all light gravel & dirt). Can actually connect from here to the Memorial via the Wabash Cannonball Trail if you want to add a couple extra miles (Fallen Timber Memorial is also really nice).

This trail is easily accessible and well maintained. One area is muddy due to a fallen tree, but easy to get around. Easy walk, no fishing crowds & nice for birding as well.

Good walk but not a great hiking trail. Very flat and well graveled circular pathway approx. 1.9 miles round trip to parking lot. Great signage to understand the history leading to forming the northwest section of the midwest. Growing up in area never held a interest in such but this provided an area for further exploration and discovery.

Very cool knowing you were walking where one of the most well known battles in American history took place. Also owned by the National Park Service so it’s a well maintained short trail through the woods/preserved area.

1.6 miles of finely graveled loop trail. No incline. Lots of information boards about the battle. Hwy 24 ruins the experience. Loud traffic noise & after you clear the woods, a view of it. Restrooms are outside of the closed visitor center.

The draw to the site is the history. Just a nice little stroll.

If you are into history then you may find some value in this place as it has little boards to read through out the trail about the battles. It’s a neat little trail but it takes about 30 minutes to complete and isn’t a great place to “hike” (if that’s what you’re looking for.) Other than that, this a nice place to walk the dog and not much else.

If you are history buff then you will like it, otherwise nothing too special and the trail is near the highway (hear and see cars).
