Great trail. Has a few hills. Outstanding scenery. The Fire tower at the end is really cool.

Starting at the fire tower, trails changes elevation moderately, parts of which meander through a gorgeous mature hemlock/mixed hardwood forest. Eventually it drops steeply, picking up the river before it concludes at the covered bridge. Parts extremely muddy and not all wooden water crossings adequately covered with non-slip chicken wire. Beware when moist.

Short & some what difficult trail. Enjoyed the challenge of the inclines & also keeping my footing with the declines. Beautiful trail along the stream.

This is a tough trail as it is mainly uphill and very tight but still beautiful and would definitely do it again.

Really liked this trail. Unfortunately we couldn't make the entire hike because Mother Nature wasn't on our side today and it started to rain and the clouds got dark. We decided it was best to turn around. We'll definitely be back.

Very Happy with this trail. This is one of the less traveled trials at mohican. I hiked it on a very busy day and only saw 3 people on the trial. The trail was very well marked and was well groomed. The trail head is just south of the covered bridge and offers a few nice bridges to cross the creek.
