It was a nice walk through the wetlands. I enjoyed listening to the call of the red wing black bird as I made my way through the grassy trail. I counted at least eight ponds that I went by, saw a few ducks, one armadillo, a groundhog and a number of deer tracks. I was there in the middle of June and enjoyed the wild flowers that dotted the trail. The walk was very private, did not see a single person.
