Pretty nice lil trail that has a lot of scenic rock formations and miniature waterfalls. The Petroglyphs at the trailhead inside the shelter were pretty amazing.

HikingGreat!

This was a nice little trail. Good for beginners but there were a few inclines and my 7&8 year old had a bit of a hard time with them. However, the trail itself was clean, not overly muddy (it had been raining) and the scenery was very beautiful.

Walking

Such a beautiful little hike. My kids said that it was super awesome to see the petroglyphs and my husband said it was the best hike we’ve done for awhile. Not sure what the negative comments could be about. It’s very remote and it’s a narrow trail but if your a country person, then it’s fine. The petroglyphs are under the shelter when you first get there and are super neat. Wish they were more protected because people have gotten down in their and chiseled modern day words and pictures in there too. You can still definitely see the difference between both. The rocks and creeks along the way are beautiful and the trail is marked in a neat way. Super short and easy! Would put it up there Hocking Hills trail of awesomeness!

Such a pretty place. Huge trees and some nice rock overhanging. Some of the paths need to be cleaned a little. They were pretty narrow in spots. Fair amount of foot traffic.

A beautiful place! The petroglyphs are cool, but there is vandalism at the site. People seem to feel the need to leave their mark.

nice short trail perfect for kids or beginners. There are some neat rock overhangs along the trail. Perhaps the best thing about the trail is the petroglyphs at the beginning.

HikingBridge outOver grown

We did the trail backwards. Not a good idea. The lower bridge was completely gone. We could ford the stream because it was dry. In the wet season it would be impassable. Trail was very narrow in places. The raspberry bushes had stickers very close to the trail in many places

This was a fun little trail. It’s only around 3/4 mile long but really pretty. There are some cool rock formations and little waterfalls. It was well marked and in good shape.
