This is a very easy little hike (no hills) along the south shore of Stonelick Lake. There are great views of the lake at many spots along the trail; and the views are particularly scenic in the fall, when the colors are at their peak (mid-October, typically).

This is a well maintained trail in Stonelick State Park. The trail is an out and back, but can be combined with the Red Fox Trail and the Beechtree trail to make a loop. The terrain is flat with minimal muddy area. The trail follows the lake shore and is easily accessed from the park road at many points.

Neat the East end there are some interpretive stations erected as a scout project.

Rate as a nice walk in the woods.

Short walk along lake in forest on level trail. A few good points along way to stop, step out of the forest and view the lake. Wouldn't go out of way to see. If at lake a nice wooded walk.

Easy hike. It's also a good, easy one for trail running.

A very short easy trail that connects to the southwoods trail. It's very muddy in the wetter seasons and in the off seasons often has trees down over the tail that will need to be navigated around. The trail is basically flat and generally pretty open. The maps available online are not very for instance the lakeview trail actually comes out onto Lake drive for a short period and this is not shown on the map. There are other errors as well that's just an example that comes to mind.
