Lake Medina Upper and Lower Trails Loop is a 2.4 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Medina, Ohio that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options.
You walk along a reservoir, then walk down a small hill (below the levee) and walk back. There's nothing spectacular to see, but not bad if you were in the area. We did see people ice fishing.
Very sunny, little shade until afternoon on the lower trail. Not great put-ins for kayaking if you’re into that. Nice loop.
Mostly paved so not truly a hike but beautiful scenery and enough space to get around.
Flat trail, paved on part and sandy gravel on the rest. Great for running, walking, biking or small children. You can also fish here.
