Nice 1 mile trail to get a good workout in! I wouldn’t exactly call this an “easy” trail for people interest in just waking around a loop. There are several different stairs and inclines. It’s a pretty trail, and fun to walk! A good one to challenge yourself to jog around.

the trail was well kept and easy to follow but we prefer more access to explore the creeks.

This trail is great except for the large groups in runners that are running the trail going the wrong way. It’s signed to be directional due to the pandemic, but it needs more signage.

Completed this trail along with the pine grove trail. Very nice hike around the lake! Make sure to keep an eye out for the lake trail loop signs to ensure you stay on the 1 mile loop as there are other intersecting trails. Mostly flat with some rolling areas. Steps in a couple places. Was mostly dry when hiked yesterday. This trail can be very crowded when nice out and on weekends. Best to go when overcast or during the week.

Good condition with no mud. Probably best suited as an add on to one of the connectors or nearby trails. Less than a mile for sure.

Nice easy trail, well maintained. Nice scenery, pretty quite on a Monday morning. A lot of steps but easy to walk up and down next to them. Would hike this again.

Great trail for a lunch time hike. 1 mile loop has some terrain and altitude changes but nothing too big. The facilities around the lake are really nice and well maintained.

Trail head near the shelter was closed on Aug 10. Trail access can be gained right next to the main road. Nice trail, good for kids.

This is a great quick trail to do if you want to get outside, but don’t have a ton of time. It’s well maintained, but there are ticks in the warmer months.

Great Lake loop, there are connected offshoot trails which allows you to cut and wind and loop back around to keep it interesting if you go often. I take the pooch and he loves it. The lake is very pretty and you can see ducks and geese and I even seen a huge beautiful fox on a connecting trail. Do be careful as there seem to be a lot more ticks at this park than others.

The lake is pretty. There are great opportunities for some pretty cool wildlife photos but other than that, nothing special. There’s always lots of people. You can hear traffic. It’s just not a very calming trail. Keep your eyes out for perverts. They like this park. It would be one thing if they were cute but it’s usually old men making gestures that make me embarrassed for them.

Great place to see trees chewed up by beaver! Plenty of parking, shelter with restrooms and seating. Beautiful!!
