Johnson Woods Loop is a 1.3 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Marshallville, Ohio that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching.
Nice boardwalk path good for all skill levels. Path takes you through a forest and swamp. There are benches, shelter and also informative plaques about the trees. Pretty nice and scenic little trail. Enjoy! Accessibility: This packed gravel and wooden boardwalk trail is estimated to typically be at least 3 feet wide. There are edge barriers, no handrails, and pull off areas for passing, if necessary. The slope is mostly gentle and estimated to range from -4% (downhill) to 4% (uphill) grade. There is at least 1 ADA-compliant car parking spot with an access aisle at the small paved trailhead lot on the north side of Fox Lake Road.

October 9, 2020September 25, 2020Very easy trail to walk. The path is completely boardwalk with benches to sit on in different locations throughout. Not many people on the trail and the weather was perfect. Nice and quiet.
