The trail surface is gravel, with a few spots that are barer. There is a set of stairs on the lower portion of the trail. Note that the trail is downward going out. To drive in, 2019 park admission rates for Hamilton County residents/non-residents are $5/$8 daily or $10/$15 for an annual permit that is good for all Hamilton County Parks.
